Welcome to fly4Christ.org!
We (Chris and Amy Borcherding) are a young married couple from the
beautiful state of Minnesota that has a desire to give our lives back
to Jesus. With a small realization of what He's done for us and a
growing love for our Savior, we are compelled to follow as we see
Him leading.
Based north of the jungle city of Pucallpa, we work together with the rest of the Peru Projects team in the Amazon jungle of eastern Peru supporting the ongoing work of bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ with His message of hope and His soon return to the villages in this vast jungle. This urgent message is being preached and lived out day to day by our Bible worker teams and medical launch crew.

Other news
In the last few months I have had our tractor split 3 times. The first was because of the issues we’d had with the transmission and finding the bolt in place of bearings, God is truly amazing in His love and providence holding things together!

Some of the long drawn out paperwork process we’ve been working on seems to be getting closer to a good end.…
An old truck
Amy and I have purchased a vehicle to aid in all that needs to be done here and get us safely to town and back with supplies or if an emergency arises.…
Furlough...
For those who are unfamiliar with the term, furlough is like a vacation / home-leave from the mission field. I have to wonder if vacation isn’t used because of all the work involved, but it’ll be great to see as many friends and family as we can and try to squeeze in some rest while we’re up there.…
